The new V Series cartridge dust collection system is specifically designed to capture the smoke, dust and powders that result from a variety of manufacturing operations. The cyclone separator is one of the most efficient dust collectors available for its cost. The SN Series cyclones shown here are equipped with top mounted motors and fans which pull contaminated air into the cyclone through the lower side opening. The centrifugal action of the cyclone, created by rapid rotation of the high velocity air stream, forcibly precipitates the dust out through the bottom of the cyclone and into a suitable container for the application. Cleaned air is released through the upper side outlet.
These units are completely weatherproofed for outdoor use, and are available with one or two drum storage (drums are not supplied). Afterfilters recommended for these units are shown on another page. See "Afterfilters and Filterkop Baghouses". |

CUSTOM BUILT FUME SCRUBBERS Designs and manufactures high efficiency, low maintenance scrubbers to remove water soluble contaminants by means of gas absorption or mechanical impingement. These units can be built in either horizontal (crossflow), or vertical (countercurrent) designs, depending on space limitations or layout preference. Vanaire scrubbers are custom designed, with specific parameters such as crossection, packing type and depth, recirculation rate, spray pattern, and reinforcing based on your exact conditions, the scrubber efficiency required, or the degree of difficulty of the containment to be scrubbed
