Replacement HVAC Filtration

Side Access Housings

OptiFlo Cartridge Collector
The AAF OptiFlo cartridge collector is the optimum solution to a variety of in-plant air pollution problems. Type W RotoClone

Type N RotoClone

Industrial Maid LLC has set out to be the leader in the packaged industrial air filtration industry. Our designs incorporate the use of a unique cabinet design made from recycled high density polyethylene
plastic. This design helps make the cabinets lighter, less expensive, non-corrosive and very friendly to
the environment.
In most ambient air cleaning applications, Industrial Maid's media style industrial air cleaners will out perform more costly cartridge style air cleaners. The low pressure drop created through our expandable media system requires half the horse power, no compressed air usage, and lower filter replacement costs than competitive systems.

Hooded Canopy Filtration System.
The Industrial Maid LLC Ventilation Hood Systems use a three stage filter configuration. A 2" baffle filter is used for spark arrestance (for fire safety issues), a 4" pleated pre-filter separates out the larger particles and a final multi-pocket high efficiency bag filter takes out all the smaller welding smoke & fume particulate. The system is designed to have a low air to cloth ratio (low air speed through the filters). This allows the filters to collect more dust & particulate, thus extending the filter life. The units do not require the use of expensive cartridge filters or compressed air. The filters can be serviced by disposal so no dust is handled from dump trays or drums.
